Cass Luxton is an Australian trained vocalist currently residing in Manchester, UK. As recent graduate of the prestigious university; The Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, Cass has a wealth of knowledge surrounding all aspects of singing, performance, music theory, and music technology. 

 

Cass recently moved to the UK in 2019 to explore her music and teaching career. Influenced by artists such as Adele, Vera Blue, Ariana Grande, Lianne La Havas, and Sara Bareilles, she began writing her own music in 2016. Her writing style has now evolved into her own and her unique tone and extensive vocal range makes her music a great listen for all. 

 

Cass thoroughly involved herself in the music scene whilst she was in Australia as lead singer of cover duo and band Luxxe. Gigging at all events around Perth at bars, restaurants, birthday parties and functions, her favourite event to sing at was always weddings! Cass was also involved in many of WAAPA's annual performances such as Radioactive; a 4 night running show, and WAAPA in the Park in front of thousands of people. 

 

Now that Cass is in the UK, she is performing as a soloist with just herself and her guitar. Playing all of the songs you love to dance and sing a long to, she is more than suitable for any event. 

 

After starting her own teaching business in 2012, Cass has had experience teaching children and adults of all ages and abilities. Her lessons focus on breath control, pitch accuracy, vocal anatomy, stage performance, microphone technique, and the most important: developing confidence!
